I’m Patricia West and I’m happy to tell you that 14 years ago I made the bold and courageous decision to leave my full time government job behind me and seek out a profession that brought more JOY, FULFILLMENT and a greater sense of PURPOSE.

This decision allowed for my true authentic self to be reflected on a day to day basis with integrity, compassion and connection.

I enrolled in a 2200 Massage Therapy Program and met some of the most amazing, inspiring health conscious people who were also dreaming of impacting the lives of others in a profound way. We were all dreaming of the possibilities.

After graduating from ICT Northumberland College in 2002 with an honours diploma in Massage Therapy, I have loved working one on one with people to help inspire and motivate them to make better health choices and realize their own potential.

I continued to study with the Up Ledger Institute and received a completion certificate in CranioSacral 1 and 2, Lymphatic Drainage 1 and am currently studying with the College of Acupuncture and Therapeutics working towards a certificate in Acupuncture.

I have been a lead instructor with the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy since 2003 and I currently own and am co-educator with MassagEd, a local education business serving Registered Massage therapists of the Maritimes.

I am a believer in educating others to be the best possible YOU. I am a believer in Healthy Communities.
